With the rapid development of computer and network technology, the shop digitalmanufacturing mode is developing toward digitization, networking, intelligentize.Production equipment is the minimum unit and the main executive part of shopmanufacturing, its networking and intelligentize degree has a direct influence on thelevel of shop digital manufacturing. In this thesis, after analyzing advantages anddisadvantages of the Web CNC, through combining the Web service, mobile devicesand wireless communication, the concept of mobile Web CNC is proposed and the newmobile control mode is established. The system provides support for the workshopfloor’s digital manufacture and has important research significance.The main work of this thesis is shown as follow.(1) The research statuses of shopmanufacture and Web CNC system are introduced, the man-machine coordination’scontrol method and working process of the new NC system are researched, and theman-machine coordination’s closed loop control method is proposed.(2) The new NCsystem’s model is established and the system’s architecture is analyzed.(3) Throughresearching the new system’s operation mode, the way to interactive information ofdigital channel and non-digital is proposed. The dual channel information interactionmode ensures the stability and integrity of the information transmission.(4) Therealizing method of the new NC system’s Web service and control technology isresearched, and the method of dynamic calling code is improved.(5) To ensure the newCNC system’s control page is unified in mobile controller and machine controller, themethod of designing responsive web is proposed. The web function is analyzed, andrealizing the G code’s compiled and the process of message pushes.
