Distance due to the PC and PLC station, next to the special substation transmission cabinet design a set of OPC standby system, prevent the communication interrupt, affect production. The system of PLC station with Siemens S7400PLC system, equipped with CP443communication module. Drive to choose the latest6RA70DC speed regulating device, PLC and communication device communications use PROFIBUS DP fieldbus protocol, upper pause with WinCC configuration software. Beside the machine backup monitoring system using OPC technology, the use of VB programming software. Monitoring and control system has good man-machine interface, the operator without professional training will soon be skilled master, PC monitor also has a curve, alarm records, the speed and current real-time display, and other functions.Beside the machine backup monitoring system for substation operating personnel to master well and without understanding production technology professional knowledge, in the event of communications, PC can’t run, such as fault, electrical personnel can first input process data to ensure production run smoothly.After months of equipment assembly and alignment in the continuous monitoring system, the function of the various operational picture has reached the requirement of design, machine backup monitoring system play a role.
