In order to solve the problems that accident of lane way transportation occurs frequently and at present some system of lifting signal device, resisting device of carrier, the controller of winch inverter-driven are bought from different company used in coal pit. Each system has its own equipment different from each other, it cause a lot of waste. And the waste of management and maintenance are increasing because of the difference of equipment. When lane way two track lifting, the worker underside may pull the rail switch incorrectly. It may lead to economy losses and even injury and death of person. This thesis designs an integrated monitoring and control system for lane way safety. It include the device for preventing pulling the rail switch incorrectly, device of lane way signal supervision, device of winch inverter-driven supervision, device of resisting device of carrier. It manage unities abbreviate and optimize and perfect the ability of the system. It makes lane way transportation more safely and reliably. At the same time, it inducts all signals into winch room; it displays the main field and sub field of supervision system by human-machine interface. So that it has the ability of integration and synthetic supervision.The system use CPU226 and some extensive module such as EM231, EM232, EM223 as processor, and some interface circuit, sensors, communication devices and intellectual software design to acquires signal and process data. Using human-machine interface MT510T displays synthetic signal of lay way transportation such as the parameter of frequency converter, the speed and position of winch, the position of carrier, the number of lifting, the signal of start-up, the direction of carrier, direction remembering, electricity fault, whether over-speed, whether overload, whether person and carrier are in lane way in the same time, the condition of resisting device of carrier. And remember the data automatically.Synthetic monitoring and control system for lane way transportation reduce the coal mine labor accident, and make it more intellective and informative and work safely.
