Green cutting is a modern manufacturing mode which aims at protecting the environment against pollution and conservation of resources. It is the externalization of Sustainable Development in manufacturing and a important characteristic of21century.The gundrill deep-hole-machining is the special processing technology for the deep-hole components in the machine-processing. And the massive circulation cutting-oils must be used to cooled cutter and let scrap iron out in the processing, the consumption of cutting-oils is huge, which can cause the work places pollution and threat operators health.The MQL is used widely in machining deep hole. The MQL gundrill is harder to cut holes than other cutting tools, so the research on the MQL gundrill is very little. This thesis set up the system of MQL gundrill machine.After the experiment of cutting Medium-carbon steel, It verify the MQL gundrill has feasibility to maching the deep hole. It also verify that technical parameters are determined to facilitate further improvement of the size of the chips.
