With the progress and development of the petrochemical industry, securitymonitoring and management requirements of oil depot are increasingly high. Butthe method backwardness, the management problem of complex and lowautomation level exists in the monitoring and management of oil depot. Forexample, the measurement of oil in the oil depot is used mostly artificialacquisition way; for the oil tank car and the vehicle outside management is notknown. Simple, effective, perfect solve these problems of the oil depotmanagement, enhance the level of information management, is must achieve thelevel of the oil depot information monitoring.In this thesis, with the rapid development of computer hardware andsoftware technology, automatic control technology and wireless communicationtechnology, from the user’s demand and function analysis, designed anddeveloped a kind of wireless transmission of tank measurement information andsafety monitoring system of the vehicle positioning in oil depot.The bottom of oil depot safety monitoring system of the data acquisitioncomposed of oil depot metering monitoring node and oil depot vehiclepositioning node, System to liquid level, pressure containers, tank temperatureand outside temperature and humidity measurement information and vehiclepositioning information of tank, To send information to a smart wireless gatewaythrough the wireless HART adapter, Intelligent wireless gateway again totransmit information to the monitoring center, Tank gauging informationmonitoring section will be safe and effective to complete the real-time collectiontank state data, Part of positioning tank vehicle in oil depot will use RFID to oiltank vehicle real-time control, The system completed the PC program design, Ithas a data display, man-machine interface operation and control systemmanagement, print statements, statistical query, parameters and system settings and other functions, In order to guarantee the reliability, another open data threadand lower machine communication and data collection. Monitoring andmanagement of the system to achieve real-time information work.The design of this system adopts distributed control system structure, with ahierarchical control architecture and the characteristics of distributed control,centralized management. The whole system is flexible and easy to expand, highreliability, convenient and simple man-machine communication, as many of ourcurrent oil needs to make the transformation of security, has good versatility andthe project promotion.
