Research On Safety Comprehensive Monitor System For Oil Depot

Oil depot is a link to coordinate oil production,crude oil processing, oil supply andtransportation,also is the base for the country’s oil reserves and supplies. Oil is flammable,explosive and toxic chemicals.Production operations on oil depot along with a high securityrisk.In the safety management of depot,any unsafe behavior or insecure status of propertywell cause accidents,and what’s more will leads huge economic loss or personalinjured.Therefore, achieve comprehensive monitoring security depot has great significancefor improving our country’s depot security situation.The paper would combine with a military bases refined oil depot’s processes andproduction safety requirements which placed in the eastern suburbs of Xi’an, then do therequirements analysis of environment, equipment and operation process of the oil depotsafety related factors，and then determine the entire frame of the system. The system’shardware is based on industrial Ethernet fieldbus technology to achieve the building ofsystem’s various data acquisition modules.The sofeware uses configuration softwareKingSCADA to complete the development of monitoring platform, and uses SQL Server2005to realize the integrated management of information.Finally,the paper designes thecomprehensive monitoring system of oil depot safety based on B/S (browser/server) mode.The operation shows that, by collecting real-time data historical data database queries,alarm functions, the system can help workers master depot security status and environmentalconditions more effectively and accurately.It improve the capacity of safe operation of thedepot greatly,and also improve the the level of automation.The monitor system has a typicalrole model and promotional value.
