With gas and diesel project in Yanchang Petroleum(Group)company have been established,the original and current production capacity does notmatch,the material balance problem has gradually become the main contradiction of regular maintenance of equipment.To avoid the Yongping refinery during overhaul,in order to reduce the temporary outage,equipment to ensure reliable operation,the construction of Yongping oil depot.Security extension of production safety petroleum crude oil production,transportation,processing enterprises,to set aside a complete overhaul time of permanent smelting,and avoid the maintenance period of crude oil production and transportation unit production affected by additional crude oil storage,increase oil storage days.This paper combined with the construction of Yongping oil depot were investigated,the actual terrain construction of Yongping oildepot,selection of depot site,to determine the scale of construction area,tank foundation treatment tank,storage tank area in oil pipeline stress elimination key oil depot design to carry out a detailed analysis of the calculation,and draw the appropriate solution according to the the actual situation.Through the design scheme of feasibility analysis,the original description of Yongping oil depot project is feasible in technology and economy.
