As the developing of the oil field exploitation, low permeability oil-gas reservoirs starttotake large and large proportions in the oilfield exploitation. Low permeability reservoirs arecharacterized by poor reservoir qualities, low per-well productions, high exploitationdifficulty,high costs and difficulty with stabilizing production.A lot of research data shows thatthe low permeability reservoir existence of plastic and low-speed non-Darcy flow (startpressure) from the current low-permeability oil field development experience point of view. Itconsequently causes reservoir energy insufficiency and declines well yield. Therefore, it tendsto form the passive situation during the early stage of development.Song shan block is a standard low permeability reservoir, belonging to low pressuresystem with theelastic-soluble gas driving oil.The work area is located in the west edge ofYishan slope in Ordos Basin,with the top-down10sedimentary formations in which JurassicYan’an group and Triassic Yanchang formation oil reservoirs have formed. The author studiedthe feasibility, application and evaluation of water injection scheme at the base of thegeological features of destination blocks (including formation characteristics, structuralcharacteristics, reservoir characteristics, sensitivity evaluation and wettability, and fluidproperties), the Reserve Calculation with volumetric method, and the oil testing trial miningcharacteristics reservoir. The field test results show that the program is viable, obtained afavourable effect at C8layer,the the rate of formation energy decline was significantly sloweddown, the fluid level rise. At the same time, suffering from the reservoir heterogeneity,someproduction wells’ water content increased. It needs measures to improve situation.The exploration of low-permeability oil field has become the important potential of thesteady development of onshore oil industry in China. Throuh the study of water injectionscheme in Songshan oil field,this paper can supply the theoretical basis and technical supportfor the improvement of water injection exploration effect in extreme-low-permeability and theformulation of the rational development technique policy of advanced water injection. Andthis paper is instructional for enhancing the oil well production and the exploration ofcongener reservoir of China can also use this paper for reference.
