With the rapid development of the process equipment industry, opening reinforcementproblem has been the focus of pressure vessel design industry. The shell and the nozzleopening of the stress structure more and more complicated. Hole over not only by the tensileforce, force and moment transfer sometimes also by pipeline. So in the opening area will forma large concentration of stress and such structure corresponds with the open hole of theopening reinforcement calculation is relatively complex. Structure over the external load underthe action of non radial, calculation of the opening reinforcement is becoming more and morecommon in pressure vessel industry. The structure of the complex stress, openingreinforcement calculation is relatively complex. Analysis and calculation or calculatedWRC297generally used in this structure, or by using the finite element numerical simulationdesign calculation. The main contents of this paper include: the opening reinforcement calculation, nonradial hole nozzles openings in the shell geometry is oval, and the stress is more complex andhas very high stress concentration. In this paper, the Yanchang Petroleum Group coprocessingdemonstration project of vacuum tower in non radial hole nozzle is analyzed and calculated byusing SW6-2011, and the finite element analysis on the structure design and calculation by thefinite element analysis software ANSYS. And the calculation of the two results of thecomparative analysis. Draw the finite element numerical analysis calculation reduced casingmaterial thickness, is more economical design. The production cycle for my company to savematerial cost, shorten the cycle of material procurement and whole sets of equipment.
