Dihydroxylammonium5,5′-bistetrazole-1,1′-diolate (TKX-50) is a kind of insensitivehigh energetic ionic salts of tetrazoles, the performance is better than HMX and close toCL-20, is expected to be used as a substitute of RDX. This paper aimed at the existing inproduction of crystal morphology is poorer, and the problems of uneven distribution ofparticle size, the crystallization process of TKX-50was systematically studied.The second chapter for TKX-50crystal morphology research.
