That is tosay, Its measuring accuracy and efficiency performance directly influence the machiningprecision and use efficiency of CNC machining equipment. Due to higher and higherrequirements of machining precision of CNC machining is put forward by modernmanufacturing, accurate measurement of tool geometry becomes extremely important, Andthen the accuracy, efficiency, operator comfort and the necessary tools of informationmanagement and other auxiliary functions of tool presetting measuring equipment are alsoproposed increasing the new requirements, This has prompted tool presetting and measuringinstrument continuous development in the direction of more precision, intelligent andhumane.Current research of presetting and measuring instrument in our country is just startingsoon, Independent research and development level compared with foreign technology gap islarge, both measurement precision of tool parameters or intelligence need to quickly developand improve.In order to meet the needs of the domestic market and keeping up with foreign advancedmachinery and equipment manufacturing trends at the same time, development of our ownintellectual property, high-performance and low cost of tool presetting is imperative.The software system is an important part of the tool presetting instrument, so it regarded as my research content. This paper mainly studies and work done is as follows:(1)Based on the study of domestic and foreign products and technical information, Analysis thestructure of presetting and measuring instrument, the Principle of work and the businessrequirements of software systems, Completed the design of the overall framework of the mainfunction modules of the system, workflow and software systems and Completed the design ofthe user interface base on Visual Studio2010.(2) By research of the multi-threadingtechnology achieved the acquisition and display of real-time tool image, the control ofmeasurement processes.Design an visualization fast focusing strip, and An method of therecognition of the cutting edge under conditions of complete feature extraction tool is given.(3) According to the functional requirements of the system, the database of tool information isestablished and tool information of the management realized.(4) The method forobject-oriented programming techniques and design patterns have been studied and applied inthis system, which makes the system structure clear, easier to maintain and expand.The test and operation has manifested that the system function of software system of toolpresetting instrument has met the actual need essentially and has certain theoreticalsignificance and engineering significance. |
