Electron Beam Welding high voltage DC power system is an important part of the Electron Beam Welding equipment, which including high voltage accelerating power, cathode filament power and bias power. The main function of cathode filament power is used to heat the filament so that it can emit election. The main function of high voltage accelerating power is to accelerate the emitted election. The function of bias power is to output a high voltage to adjust the overflow electronic deflection angles.The step-up transformer is the core of the high frequency and high voltage power supply. But because of it works at high frequency, and the turns ratio of the transformer are large, it will show a great distribution of parameters such as the distributed capacitance and leakage inductance of the power supply quality impact. In this paper, the high voltage transformer of LCC series parallel resonant high frequency high voltage power not only bears the role of transmitting energy, isolating and improving voltage, the leakage inductance and parasitic capacitance also take part in circuit resonant directly. And because of the transformer works at high frequency and high voltage, the winding structure and winding method is more complex than traditional transformer.Based on a high-voltage power supply which specification is-60kV/2kW, we analysis and design a high-pressure tank which is a part of step-up voltage power supply and intertwine a realistic transformer, provides a hardware platform for LCC series and parallel resonant converter. We also used LLC series and parallel resonant technology to improve the property of cathode filament power.The hardware part of the high voltage power supply is composed of board preamp power, auxiliary power, control panels and post-stage booster tank components. The DSP28335is mainly used to process the algorithm and the communication connection. CPLD is used as the fast signals integrating and protection signals rapid processing core. Amorphous material is used the core of the transformer of the high voltage tank, and the double rectifier circuit is used to further boost the output voltage. The SG3525is the control chip of cathode filament power. Finally, each prototype experiment shows a high-pressure tank partially developed to meet the requirements of the experimental index, the inverter output voltage to the desired standard voltage, ignition breakdown and did not happen, and with the pre-power panel joint to achieve a soft LCC switch resonance. Cathode filament supply is to achieve zero-voltage power-switch. At last it was achieved the LLC resonant soft-switching and the desired objectives.
