With the increasing shortage of water resources, in order to conserve waterresources and improve the utilization of water resources, wastewater treatment hasbecome a national environmental protection work in the pivotal part. In the process ofcontinuous development of China’s painting industry, the lacquered wastewater hasbecome one of the important sources of water pollution. The composition of thepollutants in the lacquered wastewater is complex, with a lot of suspened solids andorganic pollutants with poor biodegradability, for example, polyacrylic acid resin andpolyurethane alkyd resin, aromatic solvents, and so on. As the lacquered wastewateroften have a lot of paint particles, large amounts of suspended solids and poorbiochemical organic matter makes simple precipitation can’t reach the idealprocessing effect a lot of paint particles, and various kinds, a large number ofsuspended solids and poor biochemical organic matter makes simple precipitationcannot achieve the ideal treatment effect.In this paper, the current situation of pharmaceutical wastewater, according to thequality and quantity of sewage in the wooden door factory, raw processing structures,whereby redesigned the new process, the new treatment process should rely onexisting structures to maximize. The process of the program use the precipitation+flotation+activated carbon adsorption technology, easy device operation mode andeasy operation and management, the effluent can meet the “Discharge standard ofwater pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Mixing/Compounding and formulationcategory” permitted by the state.
