As we human are facing the energy crisis,The old energy sources such as oil,coal and so on is already can’t meet the human’s need.The emergence of new energy is imminent. Solar en-ergy get a huge potential for it is a kind of abundant sources of clean energy,The dye-Sensitiz-ed solar cell as a semiconductor cell use the nature’s principle of photosynthesis,converting light into electric energy.Dye played the role of chlorophyll equivalent,This kind of solar cells is deeply concerned for its simple production process and convenient to mass production.TiO2act as the anode of DSSC with no pollution,chemical stability advantages.But there are also defects it can only absorb ultraviolet sunlight for its large band gap (3.2eV),the efficiency of DSSC is effected by the facts below:BET,size,corresponding range of light and recombination rate of electron and hole of TiO2,in order to solve this problem,we expanding the following workrmorphology design,composite film,precious metals deposition.(1) TiO2nanotube sphere is prepared by alkaline heat method.Studying the effects of different calcination temperature on its performance,and come up with the best calcination temperature, prepared TiO2nanotube sphere powder under the best calcination temperature.Gr-ound the P25and TiO2nanotube sphere powder into a paste,respectively.Preparation three kinds films photoanodes:pure P25,double mixed TiO2,pure tube sphere TiO2.the result show that the double-layer film cell achieved the highest conversion efficiency and reach up to a maxiumum value of6.78%.(2) TiO2nanosheet sphere is prepared with the hydrothermal synthesis method.Ground the P25and TiO2nanosheet sphere powder into a paste,respectively.Preparation bilayer films photoanode:double mixed TiO2.In order to increase the use of visible light of TiO2,Deposition different levels of silver onto the optimum efficiency bilayer films with the method of UV reduction,Optimize the efficiency of the photovoltaic value.use TEM,XRD,XPS,Raman and other methods to study the changes in dye-sensitized solar cell photovoltaic performance after the deposition of precious metals silver.the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery reaches a maximum of8.98%when the deposition amount is0.8%.Through analysis,this is mainly because of the two effects caused by the deposition of silver:First,the absorbance of visible light is increased due to the plasmon resonance of silver nanoparticles;Second,silver as a fine conductor can transmission electron faster,reducing the photogenerated electron-hole recombination rate, reducing the dark current, improving the photocurrent.
