Hydrogen peroxide?Hydrogen peroxide,H2O2?is a common oxidant,which is widely used in industrial,environmental,and other fields because of its oxidation bleaching,sterilization,easy to decompose,low residue,etc.In addition,H2O2 is also a main reactive oxygen species,which has an important influence on the metabolism of cells.Therefore,quick and accurate detection of H2O2 in the environment analysis,clinical treatment,food safety and drug has the important significance.In the current detection methods for H2O2,Electrochemical analysis or chromatography needs expensive instruments,and Spectrophotometric method or titration method is limited in practical application due to its low sensitivity and poor selectivity,but chemiluminescence method has high sensitivity,good stability,wide linear range,low equipment cost.In this paper,we established a kind of high sensitivity,good selectivity and high sensitivity method for the detection of H2O2 through using carbon sphere to enhance the chemiluminescence signal of Co?II?–H2O2–OH– system.The main content of the paper is briefly as follows:?1?The study found that the carbon sphere prepared by hydrothermal method using glucose as carbon source had a strong sensitization effect on Co?II?–H2O2–OH– system.It was speculated that this was because the intermediates?·OH and ·O2–?were produced in the reaction,which reacted with CNSs and generated the excited CNSs.There would was a chemiluminescence when the excited CNSs returned to the ground state.?2?A simple and rapid synthetic method for CTAB–CNSs with high chemiluminescence intensity,good dispersion and uniform size has been developed.Based on the Co?II?–H2O2–OH– system that CTAB–CNSs participated in to detect H2O2,it was confirmed that the chemiluminescence intensity increased with increasing the concentration of H2O2 in a wide range 5–1000mM with a detection limit of 2.6?M?S/N=3?.In addition,CTAB–CNSs had the sensitization effect on ClO– and ONOO– system.?3?The paper discussed the mechanism of CTAB–CNSs enhancing the chemiluminescence intensity of the Co?II?–H2O2–OH– system: CTAB bilayer assembled on the surface of CNSs could form a unique micellar microenvironment,which promoted active intermediate?·OH and ·O2–?to enter into the center of CNSs.And the present method was used for the detection of H2O2.
