| The protection of agro-ecological environment is one of the important contents of constructingecological civilization, and is the important safeguards of realizing sustained development ofagriculture protection. Along with the rapid economic and social development, while a variety oftraditional and new industires brought pollution and destruction led to increasingly serious trend ofChinese agro-ecological environment deterioration. In recent years, under stress from thedeterioration of the agro-ecological environment, national and local have recognized theimportance of protecting and improving agro-ecological environment, and have promulgated anumber of laws and regulations on agro-ecological environmental protection, and have taken someeffective measures to protect and improve. But through research, in China, agro-ecologicalenvironmental protection is that slow pace, strength small and poor usability, unable to adapt to therapid changes of the agro-ecological environment. Agro-ecological environmental problem remainsserious. The root cause is that China’s legal system of agro-ecological environmental protection isstill not complete, and unable to provide a perfect system protection for controlling and improvingof agro-ecological environment. Therefore, a study of agro-ecological environmental protectionlegal system, especially a study of perfecting its legal system construction and system content for,has an important theoretical and practical significance.This essay make carry out a more systematic and comprehensive studies for agro-ecologicalenvironmental ’protection system, through eight parts.
