At the bottom of one end of the charge,a concave type liner is installed.The high temperature and high pressure gaseous products produced by explosion cause the liner to turn over to form a metal jet.The oil perforated projectile is based on this principle.With the increase of the exploitation depth,the more complicated the lithology is,the key of the technology is to increase the depth of the oil perforation.In order to improve the perforation efficiency,the traditional way is experimental analysis and theoretical research.For the experimental analysis,the experiment is expensive,the design and implementation process is complicated,and the blasting test is instantaneous and dangerous,so it is difficult and difficult to achieve the ideal experimental effect.The theoretical research is mainly based on the hydrodynamics and dynamics model,and combined with the heat conduction,chemical reaction and material-related constitutive equations.Therefore,it is one of the most effective research methods to study the formation and penetration process of energy-gathering jets by using computer software.The method of numerical simulation can make the instantaneous and uncontrollable research state intuitive and easy to observe and analyze.The simulation method can output many jet characteristic parameters at the same time in the later stage,and the simulation has many kinds of algorithms,which can satisfy different research purposes and requirements.Based on the structural parameters of oil perforated projectile,a super high speed jet structure is designed in this paper.The influence of different shape and two different impact angles on the jet velocity is compared by using numerical simulation technique.It is found that the super-high speed jet can be produced by two-jet collision.The combined jet velocity can reach about 10000m/s,and the jet quality is low and the velocity is low.With the change of the shape of the drug-type cover,the jet quality of the sub-spherical drug-type cover is large,and the velocity is lower than that of the cone-shaped cover.The ultra-high speed jet velocity is much higher than the maximum velocity that can be achieved by the present technology.It can be used to study the impact protection of space trash on the ground.Applying this technology to military field can improve the penetration depth of ammunition.At the same time,this technology can provide technical reference for improving the structure of oil perforation,increasing the depth of perforation and increasing the oil recovery rate.Figure [37] table [9] reference [49]...
