Coal production industry are at high-risk, our coal mining enterprises have been stillpracticed experience of security management. Enterprise security management is a riskmanagement. The purpose of security management is to maximize reduce the impact of itsdaily production of uncertainty in the risk of the enterprise. Use safety managementinformation system can improve the efficiency of enterprise management, can share theinformation resource, make the enterprise security management standardization.In this paper, for example Tashan mine,according to the actual situation in Tashan CoalMine,include integrated mining team, excavation team, mechanical and electrical transportteam, ventilated team and coal washery,we select JHA,FMEA,HAZOP,ESA four kinds ofhazard identification methods, identification of the risks of existing enterprises.Relying on information systems we build a risk database of Tashan coal mine, includingintegrated team sub-database, excavation team sub-database, mechanical and electricaltransport team sub-database, ventilated team sub-database, coal washery sub-database. Weestablished a interface of modifying the information of database,and give each level staffprivileges to propose amendments of the information in the database. Finally,auditing bysafety supervision department staffs,then implement dynamic management.By full application the database information, we come to the management control tools,including special safety measures, risk warning and safe operation card of cutting coaloperations, The hazard information cue cards, hidden investigations,“three violations”behaviors and related risk checklists and security risk pre-control training courseware.providing the basis for security management. We are ongoing dynamic risk managementdatabase, and constantly improving risk information. Ultimately we make Tashan mine safetymanagement experience management to transition from scientific and systematicmanagement.
