Coal mine gas accident is the most prominent and one of the biggest threats to the safe production of disasters.In China’s coal mining history, gas accidents occur every year, and cause serious consequences, including huge economic losses and a large number of casualties, adverse impact on society.Based on the theory of coalmine gas hazard and safety science, management science, ergonomics, behavioral science.Using the statistical methods,systems analysis, accomplishing a comprehensive scientific identification of various gas hazard, systematic evaluation and pre-control.Combined with the actual situation of China’s coal mine, studying gas hazard pre-control of risk management. There is great significance in reducing the threat of gas disaster on coal mine production safety, and ensure coal industry healthy, stable and sustainable development.First of all, Reviewed the mine hazard theory and identification method, base on this, analysis gas explosion hazard characteristics of coal mine, proposed gas explosion hazard system structure. After analysis the gas explosion from part of man-machine-environment-management.selecting the appropriate qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to achieve the basic assessment of the hazard source.Secondly, Completed the preliminary design of gas explosion hazard risk pre-control management system, establish a structure of gas hazard pre-control management system and running mode. And based on this, make reasonable recommendations on measures to assist the completion of security work system operation, in order to control China’s coal mine gas disaster to provide ideas.Finally, Examples of combined coal mine gas hazard source identification, analysis and risk assessment, countermeasures are proposed technical measures and management measures from two aspects, with a view to better implementation of the pre-mine gas hazard control effective management.
