The Research Of Interprise Auto Generated System Of Expert Knowledge On Man’s Shirt Customization Pattern Design

With the booming of the advanced customization of global apparel market, the traditionalmanual mode, which is so called "single measure and single cut" is clearly not suited to thedirection of clothing digital technology. The Enterprise Pattern Design Auto-generation Systemfor man’s shirt customization, which is based on the previous research, is the practical study tobe extended to the enterprise. The Pattern Design Auto-generation System for apparel is one ofthe cutting-edge technology of "rapid response" mode for the garment CAD system, and it willbe the new direction of clothing customization enterprises. The core technology of clothingCAD.PDS system introduced in this paper is derived from pattern expert knowledge, while theparametric method is summarized from the principle of proportion, balance and constant controland the digital model is built under the "domino law". The system is developed by the tool ofVisual LISP and Open DCL, and runs under the Auto CAD2010platform. Then, three functionalmodules(style design, specification design and pattern design) is built into the system framework,which enables the expert knowledge of PDS for shirt customization and the system programmingconnected. The study of pattern design system for shirt customization has achieved substantiveresults. Firstly, TPO knowledge is imported into the module of shirt pattern design, thus the styleand pattern of shirt conform to the international, branding and marketization need. Secondly,strong logic and controllability in design of the system operation interface, which provided ahigh-quality intelligent system in suit’s pattern design area for non-professional customers.Thirdly, optimizations are made to the core theory and technology in the technical level ofpattern. The Pattern Design Auto-generate System for shirt customization is based on the theory of "correctionmodeling", which makes the auto-generated pattern more in line with the body structure of thestandard of custom clothing and styling proportion. The evaluation result shows that the endproduct designed by system meets the market’s demand of fashion trend perfectly and is quite inline with the wishes of the public’s aesthetic. The PDS auto-generate system realized the truesense of the automated "act-according-to-actual-circumstances" mode in shirt customization area,which brings great breakthrough in garment CAD technology research.
