With the development of the times and the progress of scienee and technology,people pay more attention on personalized clothing.At the same time,the "Intemet+"business model and the "big data" technology path are becoming more and more mature,making personalized customization gradually become an ecological model of the apparel industry.The soul of costume customization is the one-to-one single-cut amount.But the existing technology path cannot meet the demand of mass customization.The key restriction of this lies on the intelligent generation of customized patterns.This paper takes customized male's shirt as the research object,customized for young men aged 18-30.And this paper studied the intelligent shaping of customized male's shirt samples by using MATLAB Application as the research and development environment.First of all,this research discussed about the body shape trends of young men aged 18-30 in Soochow University and related cooperative enterprises.The human body size collection experiment was carried out,and the relevant measurement data of the past three years was selected from the database for supplementation.The size indexes related to the male's shirt pattern design in the sample data were extracted,and basic statistical analysis,correlation analysis and factor analysis were performed to obtain the three types of factors affecting the structure of the shirt,and named as the height factor,the circumference factor and the width factor according to their action characteristics.According to the size of the three types of factors and the amount of load of each size,the heights,total arm length,back long arc,arm root circumference,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,minimum neck circumference,neck circumference and shoulder width arc were used as reference sizes for male's shirt pattern design.At the same time,it was used as a characteristic index for rapid cluster analysis to determine the four types of body sizes and intermediate sizes contained in young male samples.After that,we studied the various aspects of the smart forming of the male's shirts pattern,and divided the path into three parts:design language,math language and computer language.According to the variable type,the human body feature element was divided into a variable element parameter and an invariant element parameter,and the variable element parameters affecting the pattern drawing rule were extracted and encoded.Then,through the constraint relationship between the numerical version and the geometric rule,the parameterized transformation and mathematical language description of the design language were performed to obtain key point coordinates of the outline of the template.In order to ensure the realization of the pattern intelligent shaping,the Bezier curve was adopted as the fitting curve of the male's shirt pattern structure,and the principle and rules of each line of the outer contour were described in detail,and finally the basic mathematical model of the male's shirt pattern was obtained.Last but not least,the program logic and data structure of the pattern auto-forming were discussed for the technical characteristics of computer graphics generation.The intermediate values of the four young male body types obtained by sample cluster analysis were custom sizes,and the intelligent forming simulation of the shirt pattern was performed in AutoCAD application.After confirming that the simulation results were accurate,the mathematical model was used as the basis,and MTALAB software was used as the research and development environment,and the factory design module was used for programming to realize the intelligent shaping of the male's shirt pattern.The generated pattern graphics were imported into OptitexCAD software for planar and stereo verification.At the same time,the applicability of the profile curve of the generated sample was verified by MATLAB software.The results were in line with the requirements,which proved that the male's shirt pattern produced by the path generated in this paper is available.
