Environmental pollution problem is exposed increasingly with the development of fastindustrialization and urbanization and increasing energy consumption. The air qualityconditions particularly become one of focuses due to more and more haze which bringserious consequences for our production and health. To take effective measures to dealwith the problems of impure air, scientific evaluation on the ambient air quality and seriousanalysis of influencing factors play an extremely important role in air pollution control. In this paper spatial distribution characteristics of the pollution factors were discussedin detail based on6monitor data including SO2, NO2, CO, O3, PM10and PM2.5obtainedfrom Ambient Air Automatic Monitoring Stations of Baoding in2013and the evaluation’sfactor assembly including the6factors above were innovatively established according tothe provisions of "standard of ambient air quality assessment techniques (for TrialImplementation)"(HJ663-2013), and quality of ambient air standards were tended fourclass from two under air quality standards as reference. Finally the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method and grey relational analysis were used to evaluate the air quality ofBaoding, and scientifically, quantitatively analysis the influences were did frommeteorological and economic factors with prevention measures were put forward. The results are the followings:(1)Obvious character of temporal change of any polluted factors: Except O3, theconcentrations of SO2, NO2, CO, PM10and PM2.5were obviously higher in heating periodthan usual, and the values of PM10and PM2.5were changed between113~358μg/m3and74~281μg/m3with138and118days meeting targets, separately. The monthly averageconcentration of PM10and PM2.5were beyond national secondary standard. At the sametime, it could be concluded that particulate pollution particularly fine particulate was themain pollution from the days to meet targets. The spatial distribution of SO2, NO2andPM10focused on the natatorium and the days met targets with the shortest times was36days which illustrate that the old city with low central heating rate and large denselypopulation were polluted badly.(2)The comprehensive evaluation results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod and grey relational analysis on ambient air quality in Baoding showed it belongedto four level accompanying subordinate degree of0.600and correlation degree of0.813.Both indicated the air of Baoding polluted heavily and the main factors were PM10andPM2.5.(3)It was found that PM2.5and SO2has the strongest linearity(0.928) which suggested the two emissions sources may had a strong correlation by using correlation analyticalmethod. The ambient air quality would be improved and PM2.5could be reducedeffectively by controlling the emission sources of SO2.(4)From the results of grey relational analysis, the main factors which had strongcorrelation between PM10and SO2and meteorological factors were the wind speed andtemperature, While it was precipitation levels between NO2and meteorological factors, sothe innovation of Environmental Science and Technology play a positive role to reduce theemission of PM10and SO2; The main factors which had strong correlation between PM10and SO2and economic factors were per dollar of GDP, while it was final energyconsumption between NO2and economic factors, so rational use of resources and scientificindustry structural adjustment could control the pollution of NO2.Finally detailed measures for changing the ambient air quality drew up following thebelow situations: optimizing energy source composition and intensive application of energy, controlling the discharge of pollutants, improving policies and regulations and promotingthe development of environmental technology.
