In today’s world, water shortage become prominently, and water quality pollution have great threats to the available freshwater resources. In recent years, sudden water pollution incidents occurred frequently in our country, which had bad influence to the economic sustainable development and social stability. It has become one of the important research projects in protecting drinking water safety to how to monitor the condition of raw water quality effectively, and warn sudden pollution which damaged the ecological health.Based on the multidimensional vector, luminescent bacteria and biological fish technology as the research objects, used the Yellow River reservoir surface water as a carrier for water quality monitoring and biological toxicity experiments, studying the timeliness, sensitivity, accuracy of three kinds of technology on heavy metals, industrial pollutions, pesticide, and exploring the feasibility of different techniques in raw water quality monitoring and early warning. Thesis research results are as follows:(1) The multidimensional vector technology collects raw water quality index (turbidity, pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, UV, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ORP), and export in the form of the trigger value. It has good monitoring effect to heavy metals, the second is pesticides, and industrial pollution is worst, even can’t be checked out; The multidimensional vector technology has great recognition memory function to water pollutant which occurred repeatedly, and it is easy to acquire pollutants information.(2) The luminescent bacteria technology selects seawater vibrio fischeri as test strains, with inhibition rate E of luminescent bacteria as evaluation index. The result shows that the luminescent bacteria has the best sensitivity, raw water which attain to the state Ⅲ class standard of surface water is still poisonous. The pollutant monitoring effect is:pesticide> industrial pollutant>heavy metals.(3) The biological fish technology select zebra fish as the test species, acute toxicity test result shows that the LC50-96of six kinds of pollutants (mg/L):Cr6+58.6, Mn2+115, aniline27.3, carbon tetrachloride35.5, malathion6.3, chlorothalonil0.023. Pesticides has the most toxic, industrial pollutant secondly, the third is heavy metals; Choosing online biological early warning system (BEWs) and biological toxicity monitor (RTB) to analyze, with behavior intensity as test index, the behavior intensity of zebrafish has the correlation with pollutants concentration and exposure time. With the extension of exposure time, the behavior intensity rise first, then it falls,which conformed the "environmental stress model", the conclusion is consistent with the acute toxicity test results.
