At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy,especially the rapid development of industry and agriculture,the problem of water pollution in China has become increasingly serious.Sudden incidents of poisoning water pollution have occurred frequently,resulting in major casualties and economic losses.The occurrence of sudden poisoning of water pollution has great uncertainty,and once it occurs,the damage caused is also irreversible.However,for the monitoring and early warning of sudden poisoning of water pollution,the conventional physical and chemical detection technology on the market can no longer meet the current needs of monitoring and early warning of the water industry.Therefore,it is particularly important to be able to establish a complete set of real-time early warning systems for the toxicity of sudden pollution water quality.This subject takes zebrafish as the research object and selects five typical heavy metal ions(Cr6+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Hg2+)and five typical organic pesticides(imidacloprid,dichlorvos,avermectin,lambda-cyhalothrin),Biphenyl chloride)is representative of sudden water quality poisoning pollutants,constructing an online biological early warning system of water quality and toxicity based on zebrafish kinematics(motion speed,acceleration,number of turns,distance between fish),and Improve the experimental device to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the system early warning.This subject conducted the following four aspects of research:First,the acute toxicity experiment on zebrafish by sudden poisonous pollutants was studied.According to the toxicity level,the toxicity levels of Cr6+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Cu2+,and Hg2+to zebrafish were poisoning,poisoning,extremely high toxicity,extremely high Very high toxicity;imidacloprid,dichlorvos,abamectin,lambda-cyhalothrin,and bifenthyl chloride are highly toxic,highly toxic,highly toxic,highly toxic,and highly toxic to zebrafish.Based on the zebrafish acute toxicity test data,using Etho Vision XT as the zebrafish kinematics analysis software,the zebrafish individual kinematics(sports speed,acceleration,turning,etc.)were studied in turn under the selected target pollutant sudden poisoning Times)and the response of group sports behavior(distance between fish)and the water quality toxicity early warning effectiveness evaluation through the zebrafish’s sports behavior response law,and finally build a water quality early warning system of sudden poisoning pollution.It was found that under the sudden poisoning of various target pollutants,it is feasible to use the zebrafish’s kinematics response for early warning evaluation of water toxicity.The rate is greater than 50%,and a temporary agglomeration effect occurs among fish as a comprehensive toxicity index and early warning line for judging and measuring water quality.By improving the experimental device,the effects of Cu2+and imidacloprid,which represent the target poisoning pollutants,on multi-point inflow and weak voltage stimulation on improving the sensitivity and accuracy of zebrafish warning were explored.The study found that the selected representative poisoning pollutants Cu2+and imidacloprid made the zebrafish aware of the presence of the pollutants earlier in the multi-point inflow mode than in the normal inflow mode,and could give an early warning about 10 minutes.In the multi-point inflow mode,the pollutants can diffuse more quickly and evenly into the monitoring breeding tank to contact the zebrafish,shorten the early warning time,and improve the sensitivity of early warning.You can choose a voltage of10V,and stimulate the zebrafish polluted by the target poisonous pollutant every 10min.The stimulation time is 1min.It is used to check whether the warning is true or false,and improve the accuracy of the warning.Through the research of this subject,under the target pollutant heavy metal ions and organic pesticide sudden poisoning pollution,based on the zebrafish kinematics response law of sudden pollution water quality toxicity early warning system,and by improving the experimental device and weak voltage Stimulation improves the sensitivity and accuracy of the early warning system,and is of great significance for real-time monitoring and early warning of the water quality of sudden poisoning and pollution.
