In this research, we combine zebrafish movement behavior with water environment monitoring. With the help of two of water quality monitoring instrument that using different monitoring methods of biological toxicity, we collect the real time data of zebrafish behavior under the water environment change. The zebrafish behavior may can waring the cause index changes of pollutants which may cause biological toxicity and ecological index changes, and even water environmental pollution emergency, and also carry on the water quality early warning to ensure the water safety.We continuous use online water quality biological early warning system (BEWs) and the toxicity of water quality monitor (RTB) to monitor the zebrafish behavior under the stress of heavy metals (including Zn2+, Cr6+) and pesticides (including marla sulfur phosphorus, chlorothalonil) for 48 hours.External environment pressure causes zebrafish movement behavior, through online water quality biological early warning system (BEWs)which can use biological sensors measuring different motion behavior of 0.5,1.0, 1.5,2.0 hz and biological toxicity monitor water quality (RTB)which use the aid of CCD cameras to capture biological fish swimming behavior and communication behavior,we transform the movement behavior of zebrafish to quantitative test value, so we can mionitor water quality health status.This research will combine zebrafish exercise behavior changes with the water quality health, and implement biological fish kinematics index monitoring of water quality. Then the main research contents are as follows:(1) Through the zebrafish acute toxicity test, the biological toxicity hierarchies of Zn2+, Cr6+, marla sulfur phosphorus and chlorothalonil are neutral toxic, neutral toxic, neutral toxic, and highly toxic.And according to the 96 h half fatality rate (LC50), zebrafish tolerance of Cr6+is more than Zn2+, organochlorine fungicides than organophosphorus pesticides toxicity.(2) We use the online water quality biological early warning system (BEWs) to determine zebrafish comprehensive strength and have found that between zebrafish comprehensive strength and pollutant concentration show dose-effect relationship that the lower the intensity of pollutant concentration, the greater the comprehensive behavior. The relationship between comprehensive strength and action time shows a certain relevance, and it always increases after a short period of time, and then adapts to the environment, later enter into the falling process, which conform to the environmental stress model. The influence degree of zebrafish movement behavior of four frequency under different pollutants is different:heavy metal contaminants affect larger swimming behavior of 0.5 hz than others, and pesticide contaminants affect the fin behavior of 5 hz larger.(3) We use the biological toxicity monitor water quality parameters (RTB) to determine zebrafish different sports behavior, and it can response to the water quality health.The study have found that between the water quality health index and the pollutant concentration show dose-effect relationship, and the trend of change is same as the water quality safety online biological early warning system (BEWs).Different pollutants influnces zebra fish seven kinds of exercise behavior parameters which includes swimming behavior (speed, height, number of turns, the total acceleration) and communication behavior (distance, dispersion, dispersion dimension)differently:heavy metal contaminants influences the swimming behavior heavly than communication behavior, and pesticide contaminants can inhibit swimming behavior,but increased the intensity of communication behavior.We also have found that the water environment pressure led to the increase the total acceleration of zebra fish swimming.(4) Online water quality biological early warning system (BEWs) and the toxicity of water quality monitor (RTB) can detect respectively the concentration of Zn2+and mara sulphur phosphorous is 0.35,0.2 times of national standard limit. And the bio logical toxicity monitor water quality parameters (RTB) can detect respectively the concentration of Cr6+ and chlorothalonil pollutant is 14,0.05 times of national standard limit, which is half of the water quality safety online biological early warning system (BEWs)’s.Zebrafish movement behavior changes is a sensitive marker of heavy metals and pesticide pollution, with the help of online biological monitoring system, which can monitor and record the zebrafish the movement condition in the water environment. So, we can use the methods to achieve the goal of water quality monitoring and early warning, and ensure the safety of water quality.
