| Oil lubrication is an advanced lubrication method, compared with traditional lubricating way, enables the unit to achieve high efficiency, low failure, energy saving and environmental protection operation. In order to further the development of different types of oil lubricating device, the design of the introduction of a new type of oil-gas generator spray type oil generator. The atomization mechanism of the oil pollution generator is the use of air jet through a resonant cavity, jet flow vibration speed, high frequency, a spray technology to enhance the atomization effect, can get the oil particles smaller. Because the very key operating device in the petrochemical industry in the lubricating system, undertake pump, compressor and bearing, all kinds of large rotating equipment, gear, sprocket turbine lubrication, to ensure that equipment failure free operation, so this study is of great significance for the factory equipment.This paper from the perspective of the lubricating oil system of petrochemical industry, describes the structure and characteristics of oil mist lubrication system, and emphatically introduces the control scheme, the oil mist lubrication system control principle, program design and field instrument related content. At the same time, through a variety of alarm record and trends to determine whether the system run in the best condition, and realize the safe and steady operation of various equipment. |
