The current oil mist lubrication system has the defect of low atomization efficiency,and at the same time,the bearing box of the equipment equipped with the lubrication system has leakage problem of oil mist and the residual mist the system credited cannot be recovered.This paper optimizes the design of the core components that affect the atomization efficiency of the whole oil mist lubrication system,and uses the computational fluid dynamics to simulate the flow field of the two atomizers included the optimized one,and then studies the atomization mechanism through the results of simulation.At the same time,the atomization effects of the two atomizers were compared and analyzed based on the results.By studying the mechanism of residual mist recovery,the residual mist recovery device is designed,and the oil mist lubrication closed-loop system of the bearing box is constituted.In order to completely solve the environmental problems caused by the oil mist lubrication system,a new set of spiral magnetic fluid seal structure was designed to block the leakage of oil mist from the equipment bearing box to the external environment.The specific contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The structure of the vortex atomizer is designed,and the flow field model of the structure and the jet atomizer are established at the same time.The state of the fluid medium such as two-phase flow,turbulence,particle fragmentation and discrete phase motion is considered.The particle crushing process in the flow field of two types of atomizers was simulated.The results show that because of the advantage of structure,the vortex atomizer provides a larger contact area and space for the premixing of the two-phase medium,when compare with the same index of jet atomizer.At the same time,the intensity of the mixed phase turbulence of each sections of the structure are also higher than the value of the corresponding area in the flow field of the jet atomizer.From the particle information obtained from the Particle Track function of Fluent,it can be clearly seen that due to the sufficient secondary atomization process,particles(whose diameter are equating or smaller than 10 ?m)produced by the vortex atomizer accounts for 70.3%of the total number of particles,while the same type of particle generated by the jet atomizer only accounts for about 5%of the total particle number.Besides,the calculation based on the relationship between the particle size and the movement speed of the oil mist in the pipeline transportation under the same initial working conditions shows that the efficiency of the vortex atomizer to generate oil mist for long-distance transportation is 2.82 times that of the jet atomizer,indicating that the use of the optimized structure of atomizer can reduce 69.9%consumption of lubricating oil for the enterprise,so as to significantly reduces the operating cost of the oil mist lubrication system.2.Based on the analysis and research of the principle of residual fog recovery,the components of the residual fog recovery device were selected reasonably,and the structural layout the whole device were designed and calculated.The combined use of the residual mist recovery device and the oil mist lubricating device can recovery the residual mist effectively,and realize the direct recycling of the separated lubricating oil.3.Aiming at the problem of seal leakage of the current pump bearing box,this paper combines the spiral seal and the magnetic fluid seal organically to invent a new type of seal,which can provide a sealing pressure about 0.15Mpa to the pump bearing box.For the inner cavity of the bearing box with only a slight positive pressure between 50 mbar and 75 mbar,the seal can prevent leakage of oil mist effectively.After using the experimental platform to test the pressure resistance of the seal,the medium pump bearing box of the etherification workshop of Urumqi Petrochemical Refinery was selected as the target of the new type of sealing structure.Finally,according to the data of relevant pollutant detection,the seal is effectively blocking the leakage of oil mist,which reduces the pollutant content in the equipment operating environment to the limit of the related standard.
