The coal resources mining depth of10metres per year rate to the deep extension, TheHigh Stress Roadway Influenced by more and more,The surrounding rock will show thecharacteristic of soft rock of a large deformation, damage range, mine pressure behavior ofviolent and so on. Bring great difficulties to the safety and production of coal mine, Thesupport mechanism and technology of deep mine roadway is the first to solve safety problemsBased on the failure analysis of deep roadway supporting, combining with the theory andtechnology of existing deep roadway supporting, coupling supporting mechanism of cableanchor was put forward. mechanism and technology of deep roadway supporting, bytheoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test, was researched. The main researchcontents and results are as follows:(1) According to the concept and mechanical phenomena of the soft rock in engineering,Judge the nature of rock in the roadway of Taoer mine, Analysis of deformation and failuremechanism about surrounding rock in deep mining.Analysis of the features of coupling supportfrom the strength, rigidity and structure, study of the interaction between surrounding rock andanchor cable, summarizes the coupling support mechanism.(2)According to the requirement of coupling support, determine the best time of primarysupport, and make the surrounding rock self bearing force and supporting force values(PR+PD) to maximum. The selected key parts of supporting, support parameters of anchor and theoptimal supporting time to two anchor coupling support(3)According to the surrounding rock and anchor cable supporting parameters to establish thenumerical model of FLAC. Based on the conclusion deformation mechanism and couplingsupport mechanism of deep roadway surrounding rock,Analyze and compare the initialsupporting design with the optimized supporting design scheme, obtained surrounding rocksseparation, displacement and stress distribution regularity of different positions and variousstress environments, proved the effectiveness of the integral anchor and coupling supporttechnology in soft rock roadway(4)Using coupling support theory of Cable anchor net, the industrial test carried out inroadway Tao.er mine first mining area return mountain, monitore the deformation ofsurrounding rock and anchor force changes, to analyze the monitoring results are comparedwith the original supporting scheme. the bolt mesh cable coupling support the effective control of the deformation of roadway surrounding rock and has made significant technical andeconomic benefit.In this paper, compositive research techniques including of theoretical analysis, numericalsimulation and in-situ measurement are carried out to investigate the destructive mechanics ofroadway surrounding rock,law of roadway deformation and roadway supporting in Tao.ermine. This research achievement will give scientific evidence for Pressure control, support skillcraft in roadway of deep mine,and it will give a beneficial reference to other analogialroadway.
