With China’s increasingly shallow coal resources depletion and the rapid development ofthe national economy growth in demand for coal, coal mining had to march deep. New high-strength materials used in the wellbore, new wall structure and ultra-deep large diameterborehole continue to emerge.Wall based on static load carrying capacity test technology has confined effect, inflationpressure controlled, experimental low cost. Through the wall static load carrying capacity ofexperimental methods, the use of SCA (Soundless Cracking Agent) Static SoundlessCracking Agent expansion capabilities analog ground pressure, which can produce50Mpaexpansive expansion pressure, and can be adjusted by expansive cement ratio and change thesize of the pressure expansion purity to achieve the expansion pressure required for theexperiment. Through the static load carrying capacity borehole method validationexperiments can be wall thickness for the new wall structure bearing capacity tests providenew experimental methods for the new high-strength concrete wall to provide a newexperimental method. The experimental equipment is simple, low cost, easy to carry outlarge-scale experimental study mechanics work. SCA expansion material used as loadingmedia, opening up a wall load bearing capacity of the test method for new ways to provide anew method for mechanical experiments, but also for the simulation of one thousand metersdeep ground pressure provides a new experimental method.Taking a mine ventilation shaft geological and technical conditions of production as thebackground, the establishment of three-dimensional computational model FLAC3Dnumerical simulation. Through numerical simulation analysis wellbore strain and carryingcapacity.
