In the exploitation of natural gas,in view of the phenomenon of bottom-hole fluid accumulation in the process of producing water-blow gas wells,this paper considers that in the middle and later stages of water-gas wells mining,annular jet pumps are used to increase the liquid-carrying capacity of the gas wells,so as to reduce the bottom-hole dripping and ensure natural gas.Normal mining.The annular jet pump has strong corrosion resistance in applications,long service life of the flow components,simple structure,and stable operation.At the same time,the suction channel of the annular jet pump is located in the center of the pump,and the suction fluid does not contact with the inner wall of the pump and does not need Changing the flow direction is particularly suitable for pumping a gas-liquid mixed fluid containing droplets.This article takes the annular jet pump as the research object,and combines the following conditions in the domestic water field gas field to conduct the following research:The annular jet pump is studied to improve the liquid-carrying capacity of the gas well.Starting from the structural characteristics of the annular jet pump,the basic characteristic parameters and basic equations of the annular jet pump are summarized.According to the actual conditions of China's gas wells,the boundary conditions of the annular jet pump under the conditions of high pressure in the outlet gas wells were determined Through comparison of the experimental results of the three turbulence models,it is determined that the standard model is the most suitable turbulence model for annular jet pump numerical simulation.Comparing the simulation results of the presence or absence of droplets in the inhaled gas,it was found that a very small number of droplets had no significant effect on the internal flow field of the annular jet pump,and thus the type of fluid in the annular jet pump's internal flow field was determined.We use Solidworks to model the annular jet pump in three dimensions and use ICEM to mesh the model.Through the numerical simulation of the annular jet pump system,we start with the flow field in the pump and optimize its structure to improve the system in the gas well.Efficiency under high pressure conditions.By numerical simulation of different flow ratio q,relative throat length L,/D,,suction chamber contraction angle a and diffusion tube diffusion angle ?,the velocity and pressure distribution cloud diagram of the fluid in the pump is obtained,and the performance of the annular jet pump with different structural dimensions is performed.According to the comparative analysis,the principle of maximum efficiency is taken as the basic principle to obtain a better combination of structural dimensions.Taking into account the interaction between the various factors,the interaction between the flow ratio q and the relative throat length is the most significant.Based on the joint simulation analysis of the flow ratio and the relative length of the throat,the maximum efficiency of the annular jet pump in the gas well under high pressure conditions was 29.9%.The structural combination under the highest efficiency was:flow ratio q=0.55,relative to the throat.Tube length=4.25,suction chamber shrinkage angle ?=14°,diffusion tube spread angle ?=4°.
