Study On Coal Belt Conveyor Corridor Rehabilitation And Strengthening Design Of A Coal Mine

In the last century seventy’s， Chinese coal industry has developed rapidly， as anecessary link in the production of transportation， construction with a large numberof steel truss structure of the coal conveyer belt corridor， especially the construction ofa large number of the country and rebuilding of coking plants and coal washingplant， steel truss coal conveyer belt corridor is its light weight structure， goodintegrity， fast construction speed advantages, is widely used in our country thelong-span coal conveyer belt corridor. Steel trusscoal conveyer belt corridor plays animportant role in similar industrial buildings.In this paper， a coal mine in steel truss coal conveyer belt corridor reinforcementdesign as an example， the method of using comprehensive reinforcement， the coalconveyer belt corridor for renovation and reinforcement design. First of all， usingPKPM series software STS module to establish the structural model， according to thetransformation contents to apply corresponding load were calculated and checkedby analysis of structure， the structure bearing capacity and deformation meets therelevant regulations; according to the complex calculation results， analysis toformulate reasonable reinforcement scheme, the original structure of thereinforcement design. To establish the structural model of rebuilding andreinforcement， pillar deformation and bearing capacity are checking of the beltcorridor steel truss and lattice. Finally the engineering research and evaluation in thetransformation of the effect of the reinforcement project implementation show that thereinforcement scheme which is reasonable and feasible， the use ofconstruction party meet the new requirements， in ensuring the safety ofthe cases achieved good reinforcing effect， saves the cost of production for themine， indirect make profit for the mine.
