As a fossil energy source,coal has always been a natural resource that countries attach great importance to and is one of the most important sources of energy in China.With the country's continued high demand for coal and the emphasis on safe production,high-yield,high-efficiency and safe production of coal mines has become an inevitable choice.Therefore,coal mine production must not only pursue the goal of high production and high efficiency,but also ensure a safe bottom line.The over-winding of the mine hoisting system is a safety accident that is difficult to eliminate in coal mine production.It may not only cause the coal mine to stop production due to damage to the equipment,but may even cause a large number of casualties.In order to prevent the occurrence of malignant over-winding accidents,the steel belt over-volume buffer device is widely used in the lifting system due to its structural and performance advantages.In order to better design and use this type of over-the-counter buffer device,this paper has carried out its cushioning characteristics.The following content is studied.Taking the floor-type lifting system commonly used in mines as the object,the dynamic analysis of the over-winding process is carried out,and the calculation formula of the braking force of the over-volume buffering device is derived.The over-buffering braking force and the lifting system parameters and over-rolling are obtained.The distance,the over-winding(over-discharge)braking deceleration and the friction wheel are related to the magnitude and direction of the friction generated by the lifting wire rope,and provide a basis for selecting,designing and using the over-the-roll buffer device.According to the steel strip type over-buffering device,the plastic deformation energy absorption principle of the steel strip is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the steel strip,and it is found that the metal material with a long yielding process can absorb more energy,and the material should be used.Making steel strips.Through the analysis of the geometric and mechanical properties of the elastoplastic bending of the metal strips with rectangular section,the formula for calculating the braking force of the steel strip in the case of over-rolling is derived,and the braking force and dynamic pressure roller pressure,the diameter of the pressure roller,the width of the steel strip,The relationship between the thickness and the corresponding curve is provided to provide a basis for calculating the braking force of the steel strip.Based on the ANSYS static simulation software,the steel belt type over-volume buffer device was simulated and analyzed,and the relationship between the thickness and width of the steel strip and the diameter of the press roll was analyzed,and the corresponding curve was obtained.The relationship between the braking force and the pressure of the pressure roller is simulated,and the different brake force rollers are pressed into the steel strip to obtain the corresponding curve.The relationship between the braking force and the width and thickness of the steel strip is analyzed,and the curve of the braking force and the width thickness is obtained.By comparing with the theoretical formula curve,it proves the correctness of the theoretical formula derivation.According to the actual steel strip parameters,a steel strip with a width of 80 mm and a thickness of 5 mm to 12 mm is selected for analysis,and the specific press roll pressure values corresponding to different thickness steel strips are obtained.According to the formula of braking force and pressure roller in Chapter 3,the specific braking force values that can be withstood by different thickness steel strips are calculated.Select a mine to actually use the lifting system,and obtain the braking force formula according to Chapter 2,bring in specific parameters,calculate the specific over-rolling braking force value,and select the steel strip that meets the requirements.And calculate the thickness of 8mm-11 mm,calculate the specific width value of the steel strip,and select the steel strip that meets the requirements of use.Figue[45] Table[5] Reference[53]...
