Bring great difficulties to the safety and production of coalmine, The support mechanism and technology of deep mine roadway is the first to solvesafety problems Based on the failure analysis of deep roadway supporting, combiningwith the theory and technology of existing deep roadway supporting, coupling supportingmechanism of cable anchor was put forward. mechanism and technology of deeproadway supporting, by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test, wasresearched.With north China coal mining depth increase year by year, the deep roadway controlproblem is more prominent, has become a deep mining roadway stability control of thetechnical problem to be solved. Because of deep surrounding rock is generally has thecharacteristics of soft rock engineering and severe deformation of roadway under highground stress and bottom drum up, the more the grouting method is adopted to adit deeplane for a second, and reinforcement for many times, the result is good. However, due tothe study of mechanism of grouting reinforcement and grouting parameters is still notperfect, according to the situation take what kind of grouting method to obtain the besteffect of surrounding rock also did not fully understand, there is blindness in the groutingreinforcement engineering practice, easy to cause waste.This paper USES integrated research methods such as theoretical analysis, computernumerical simulation, the high pressure of surrounding rock of roadway failuremechanism and deformation law of surrounding rock of roadway and roadwaysupporting technology conducted a systematic and in-depth research. And for the stabilityclassification of surrounding rock; Established the mechanics model, analysis themechanism of the surrounding rock deformation and failure. On the basis of anchormechanism of the interaction between support and surrounding rock of floor and the baseto implement the new scheme of grouting anchor wire., by using the software FLAC3dnumerical simulation of the stress and displacement of surrounding rock under different support scheme, optimization of the supporting schemes and supporting parameters.The results of the study for the deep roadway supporting technology provides areliable scientific basis, and for other similar conditions of roadway support provides thebeneficial reference.
