In recent years, with the development of the coal industry, coal mining depthincreasing, the gas accidents occurred frequently in the coal mine in china. The situationbecomes more and more serious coal mine production safety, seriously restricted thesustainable development of coal mine in china. Gas is harmful arch-criminal safety incoal mine is also a rare clean energy, so the introduction of mature techniques fromother disciplines to improve mine gas drainage existing condition, the harm of gassafety in production of coal mine drainage to use as the route one must take in energyconservation and emission reduction environment. In this paper, according to the studyof Lu’an Group Chang Cun mine working face S3-10perforator heat pumpingtechnology to crack the influence of mining rate of gas, and provide a theoretical basisfor future gas control. Based on the reference and on previous experience, the perforatorheat to crack the introduction of technology to coal seam gas drainage, expanding seamporosity in order to improve the permeability of the coal seam, to improve the gasdrainage rate goal. Analysis of Changcun coal mine gas outburst data of S3-10workingface and the law of occurrence and migration of gas through the site, develop targetedgas drainage schemes, find the perforator heat to crack technique is used to obtain thegas drainage recovery effect. Including the key technical parameters test: the rate of coalseam gas content of coal seam methane emission parameters, porosity, coal seamhardness, coalbed gas; perforating device arranged in the coal body, perforation densityof emission, emission direction, launch mode, the effect of perforating parameters totest. In the process, the S3-10face and adjacent to the working surface of S3-5synchronous monitoring of gas emission and extraction rate. The data processing afterthe pumping effect comparison.
