Since China’s reform and opening up, China has a rapid economic development,and the matching is energy consumption has soared, particularly coal and petroleumfossil energy consumption which created the history of the most, thus making ourcountry by a coal production power gradually turned into a coal importer. It reflects thesustained rapid economic development as well as the unprecedented crisis in energyreserves conditions of our country. In addition to the domestic, global energy shortageproblem is increasingly highlighted. With the rapid development of market economy,the demand for energy will continue to increase. Many of the world’s disputes are greatfor this. The interruption of fossil energy and raw material chain, will lead to the worldeconomic crisis and intensifying conflict and eventually destroy the modern marketeconomy. Therefore, finding a better way to serve the modern market economicdevelopment has become an important issue in the field of energy around the world.And energy recycling as a part of it plays a certain important role.This article is taking the waste heat recovery project of a coking plant governed byJinxing Mining Group located in Shijiazhuang as an example, for high temperature fluegas waste heat recycling project design and construction."The resources developmentand energy conservation and emissions reduction are simultaneous, low-carbonoperation in economic should be put in important position" is the requirement putforwarded by the party central committee. Energy conservation and emission reductionand low-carbon operation plays an important role in the rapid development of ourcountry’s economy, improving the economic benefit,promoting technological progress,the reasonable use of resources, reducing environmental pollution and improvingpeople’s living standard. This project will reduce the coal consumption and air pollution,realize the rational utilization of energy, improve energy utilization efficiency, andpromote production change of growth according to "effective use of waste heat,combining the technology of heat pipe waste heat recovery unit, and the service forproduction ".In view of this project is the heat pipe waste heat recovery unit, this paper hascarried on the study of heat pipe and its application performance, finally summarized aset of suitable according to actual condition recovery unit of production requirements.The operation of the device, recycle the high temperature flue gas waste heat to producesteam for industrial ammonia, saving energy and cost. At the same time, it reduces theatmospheric pollution and the impact of flue gas on the surrounding environment greatly.Through theoretical calculation and investigation of actual field condition, we determinethe operation mode of the heat pipe and the using method of the device. It will have acertain reference function to waste heat recovery in the other projects.
