Development Research On Scenic Region’s Low Carbon Tourism Based On The Carbon Footprint Analysis

With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization and the more serious pollution of our environment, tourism had been known as a "smokeless industry", bringing a lot of economic benefits for local residents and the city, but at the same time make serious pollution to scenic spots and the human environment. People prefer a new way-going back and close to nature for traveling, and they pay more attention to a new kind of traveling way "low-carbon eco-tourism" which is closely related with ecological sustainability developing, mainly emphasizing on protecting the environment.Since the late launch of China’s low-carbon tourism activities, many low-carbon tourism products are still in its infancy development, and we have far gap compared with developed countries. It is particularly important to do the research of low-carbon tourism. Low-carbon tourism is the inevitable choice for sustainable development of tourism in our country, and also an important part of a low-carbon economy. In the context of low-carbon economy, it has practical significances that building a low-carbon scenic spots, both of innovative attractions development and developing a low-carbon lifestyle.Firstly, I analyze and compare the theory and practice of the research and development of low-carbon between China and abroad. Then I introduce the carbon footprint, low-carbon tourism connotation and related theories, and make a clear concept of low-carbon tourism. According to this, I analyze the present situation and existing problems of the scenic spots. We have some problems at present, that are the weak scenic spot ecological consciousness, non-widespread carbon technology application in the scenic area, and non-ideal situation of the scenic spot low carbon development environment. Based on low carbon concept at the same time, through on-the-spot investigation and the methods of statistical analysis, we make the ways of the current scenic area the development of low carbon tourism products to innovation, lack of low carbon management concept, government regulation failure and high technical threshold leading to the scenic spot, it is difficult to achieve low carbon development problems, putting forward to the increase of low carbon tourism product development and propaganda, perfecting the scenic spot of low carbon management mode, giving full play to the government’s leading role of low-carbon tourism, and establishing the solution of the strategic alliance between scenic spots. At the same time, this article obtains from the scenic spot low carbon development restriction factor analysis, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, taking the sun island as an example, analyzing the sun island scenic area of low carbon development present situation and existing problems, and putting forward to relevant countermeasures. for sun island scenic area’s sustainable development provides a theoretical and practical significance.
