Engineering ceramics with its many advantages are widely used in many fields,Due to the ceramic material and the metal material has a completely different nature,The elastic of modulus is considerable,And the shear stress is very high and very low tensile stress,So the traditional processing methods such as cutting tool cutting hard to use on ceramic material processing.This topic is proposed based on thermal cracking of microwave ceramic cutting method,According to the mechanism of microwave and ceramics,Heat the ceramic material with body heating,To produce micro cracks,Then extending forming.this technology test equipment prices low,High processing efficiency,Low material loss rate,High quality.Is a machining processing method worth studying.Has a high application value.In this paper, Summarize the based on the thermal cracking method of cutting brittle materials technology development present situation at home and abroad.Based on the principle of microwave heating,Heat transfer theory,Thermoelasticity,Fracture mechanics to Analysis Expounde based on the cracking method focusing on the principle of microwave beam cutting ceramic material.Using abaqus software to establish the three-dimensional model of ceramic material symmetry cutting.Through the parameter setting and subroutine write realize the simulation of the heat source and heating mode of simulation.In the cutting process the temperature field and stress field are simulated.Its distribution is studied in this paper.Verify the microwave cracking method of cutting the feasibility of the alumina ceramics.Through set the simulation parameters,Concluded that the microwave ower,Microwave beam movement speed,Material Thickness,End of the waveguide apart from the material from the influence of cutting parameters on the temperature field and stress field.Design and complete a series of experiments,Verify the body heating characteristics of microwave heating,Verified the correctness of the simulation analysis results,Through measurement of roughness preliminary judge the influence of different cutting parameters on cutting results,Provide the basis for further optimization cutting.
