The mining method is called filling mining method that backfill the goaf withfilling gradually, along with the advance of working face. That backfill mined outarea is for the purpose to control the filling body pressure, control the goaf caving andprevent the ground from subsidence, and create safe and convenient conditions for theunderground mining, it also can effectively prevent fire which is spontaneouscombustion properties of ore.Filling mining method is a kind of artificial support mining method. Because thefilling mining method has the use of protecting environment, reducing the ore dilutionrate and loss rate on the premise to guarantee the safety in production and improvingthe functions of the recovery rate of ore, it has been more and more widely used inunderground mine of nonferrous metal.In2009Yongping Copper Mine entered in the new stage in open pit andunderground mining. Underground mines mainly adopts pillar stoping and fillingmining method that filling the goaf by cemented filling with classified tailings. The main content of this paper is to use the relevant theories of conveyingsystem to design preliminary the pipeline classified tailings filling system inYongping Copper Mine with the study on the solid-liquid two-phase flow theory, and verify the specific parameters of the tailings pipeline conveying system byscientific experiments. Ensure the accuracy and applicability of the relevant designdata. According to the operation of filling system in practice, discover problems, solve problems, timely modificate the system, ensure the continuity and stability ofYongping copper mine pit boreholes in the goaf filling operation, ready for futurestoping in Yongping Copper mine.
