With the development of our country’s economy,the society of china has been in thehigh productive、strong pollution progress. The water body pollution,air pollution and landpollution have affected the balance of ecology, which rooted in the three industrial wastes. Atthe same time, with the information age coming, the public spend more time in the room, Thelow concentration of harmful pollutants bring bad effect to the public’s normal life. Methanol,which has been approved that will release in future three years as the new building built.According to the newspaper, the incidence of leukemia in2012was more than500.A goodway to reduce the concentration of methanol and other voc in closed environment is atroublesome problem to handle.Active carbon has high specific surface area,has the ability to absorptive some sizecontaminants. Absorption is economical and practical. MCMB is one of the active carbonfamily, developed with the development of the intermediate phase.Comparing with otheractive carbon, MCMB has bigger specific surface area,and in the specificpreparation,activation conditions, the internal pore structure of MCMB can be control.In this thesis, on the basic of the theory of preparation and activation process, Putdifferent weight of CNTSinto MCMB’s preparation process, to prepare the MCMB withdifferent ratio of CNTS,try to increase the controllability of the internal pore structure. Theexperimentation includes the preparation progress,the activation progress,and absortiveperformance test progress.In the progress of setting the ratio of CNTS, Mixing2%,5%.10%,20%CNTS into MCMB, which is written as MCMB纯,MCMB5%CNTS,MCMB10%CNTS,MCMB20%CNTS. Take the KOH to be activator, through The chemical method,to activate the MCMB Series. The factor influencing the activation include time,temperature、the ratio of KOH and MCMB. Through setting different reaction conditions, to investigatehow to control the internal pore structure of MCMB. After the progress of preparation andactivation, take methyl as adsorbate, to test the factor influenced activation; In order toanalysis the internal pore structure,use the Specific surface area and pore size analyzer to test the surface and pore size.Thtough studying the validation,setting the experiment reference,experiment.Preparedthe different proportion of CNTSdoped with MCMB which were new material. Thesubstance has sensitive reaction to the change of the ratio of KOH with MCMB.Specificsurface area, pore size distribution in chemical activation process. Micro pore’s adsorptioncontribution showed a little change. CNTSdoped MCMB during the process of KOHactivation can be obtained at higher surface area at lower ratio of KOH with MCMB thanthat pure MCMB activation. Which can improve environmental pollution problems whenchoose KOH as activator.
