The natural gas processing plant is the core process unit in natural gas gathering andtransportation system, shoud be classified an high risk workplace, mainly including natural gasdehydration, acid gas removal, condensate oil and mixed hydrocarbon processing and tail gasrecovery processing and so on. Due to the diversity and risk of the working medium and thecomplexity of the process, it makes the station has the dangerous features of the hightemperature and high pressure, inflammable and explosive, besides it has many large devices,more complicated pressure vessel and pipeline, there is a great dangerous place, so a littlecarelessness will lead to major accidents. Therefore, a study on safety evaluation for naturalgas processing plant has great practical significance.In this paper, it takes the Qiudong natural gas processing plant of TuHa oil field as theresearch object. This paper focuses on the safety evaluation of gas processing plant which isbased on the hazard identification, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analyticalhierarchy method, according to the process and dangerous factors of this Plant. The system isdivided into five subunits and constructs the hazards identification model and establishes arelatively complete comprehensive evaluation index system of natural gas processingplant,using the theory of safety evaluation, according to the national laws and regulations,technical standards, industry standards and other requirements;Using the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method and analytical hierarchy process, we get the weight of evaluation grade set,evaluation index system and evaluation index respectively and create the judgment and fuzzyrelation matrix, which further facilitate us to work out that the safety coefficient of Qiu DongGas Processing Plant is0.6867.Meanwhile, with all these data, we can also analyze thedangerous unit with a larger weight coefficient, and put forward the improvement measuresfrom the security technology and management perspective.Through the analysis of the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Qiudong naturalgas processing plant,the application of safety evalution in the natural gas treatmen plantmodel, provides the basis of the natural gas treatment plant safe peration and scientificmanagement.
