Gathering-transport Station as one of the important link in the oil production, is the oilrecovery of crude oil to bring together, storage, heating dehydration, metering lose outside theproduction unit, with high-risk workplaces, The complex process of Gathering-transportStation, pressure vessel clouds, the aspect of oil and gas pipelines, inflammable, explosive,potential accident risk the slightest negligence will lead to major accidents.Therefore, thereliability evaluation on the combined station has an important significance to study. In thispaper, the fuzzy assessment model is adopted, comprehensive considering of various safetyinfluencing factors of the combined station reliability, through the establishment of the fuzzycomprehensive assessment model to make scientific and rational risk analysis and assessment.In this paper, the Fanyi Union Station, Dingbian oil production plant, Yanchang oilfield istaken as an example. The risk factors of combined station are determined based oninvestigation and analysis. Combined with correlative standards and criterions of union stationin our country, to establish a complete fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system on unionstation. Then the introduction of AHP to analysis the various factors contained in complexsystems and their relationship, basing on grades of experts, comparing estimation by twos, andthe judgment matrix is established, using MATLAB software calculated the maximumcharacteristic value and corresponding characteristic vector of judgment matrix, theimportance order of every level factor to former level factor is obtained and then the weightvector is determined. Then the weighted average model is used and the fuzzy matrix and theright vector are combined, then the fuzzy transformation is carried on and the fuzzycomprehensive assessment result is obtained.Through the analysis of the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on Fanyi jointstation, to obtain the adaptive fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel of the gathering station,to provide the basis for the safe operation and scientific management for Combination Stationin Oil field.
