Steelmaking is the intermediate link of metallurgical process and the most key link, all ty pes of steel composition adjustment start with converter smelting.Oxygen lance control of co nverter system is the soul of converter smelting, the key technology of oxygen top-blown con verter is the process of oxygen blowing slag, thus improving the quality of slag has became a important topic of oxygen gun control system.Traditional oxygen lance of converter blowing process control basically rely on heard and visual to finish the operation, It is easy to splash o r back to dry when blowing and has a great influence on stable operation and raw material los s, and directly affects the quality and production of steel. Therefore, it need to find a process monitoring and control system reflecting furnace slagging reaction timely and accurately. In o rder to realize the real-time data acquisition furnace slagging reaction, and in accordance with the direct control of the data converter, the systerm can reduce splash and the risk of dry phen omenon and improve the level of steelmaking automation.On the basis of in-depth analysis of steelmaking process and the analysis of converter flu e gas technology, this paper designs and implements a set of oxygen gun automatic control sy stem. Main work is as follows:(1) By the in-depth study of converter steelmaking process and the production and composition of converter flue gas, This paper summarizes converter molten pool reaction condition and the connection and the rule between the converter flue gas compositions, Combined with metallurgy principle,It gives the calculation formula of carbon content the composition of flue gas and the calculation of the temperature of the molten pool.(2) It discusses the equipment constitutes of converter gas analysis system the means of achieving, running the program and the application conditions.(3) By the use of programmable controller (PLC), It designs a set of oxygen lance of converter control system and has detail design in PLC selecting, hardware construction, Converter oxygen lance control requirements, program writing, Human-machine interface (HMI), And uses the Concept and infixes software completing the control system software work. (4) The design has realized the oxygen gun automatic control system based on the technology of flue gas analysis, This paper expounds the automatic control system, Operation characteristics and operation optimization of the program, And implement the practical application of the system.Described in this paper, the automatic control scheme based on the analysis of the convert er flue gas of converter oxygen gun replace the traditional means of human control, It has bee n verificated by experiments and the result is good.
