During the whole smelting productive process from the exploitation of ironstone to the wire,rod,plate and other steel products,the steel-making process is in the middle of this process.It is must to allocate the steel components to produce different components,different properties of the steel in the steel-making process,therefore,the steel-making process is the most important step in the production of steel products.In the steel-making process of converter,remove the impurity element by joining the slagging solvent is the other key point of converter steel-making.The formation of soluble slag is closely connected to the control of the oxygen lance.The traditional oxygen lance control is created by virtue of operator's their own experience,to observe the color of molten iron and the exhaust gas to determine the position of the oxygen lance and the blowing amount of oxygen.The result of doing that is lead in the waste of raw material is big,and the quality of molten steel is not stable.The study theme of this article is how to standardized control the position of the oxygen lance and the blowing amount of oxygen through the control system,to stable the quality of molten steel,and reduce the consumption of the raw materials.Firstly,analyze the oxygen pressure required for steel-making of each time period on the basic of existed steel-making equipment.Record the current oxygen pressure,and analyze it,when the oxygen explosion occurred in the electrostatic precipitator.Finally,draw out the optimal curve of the oxygen change at the stage of blowing off.Then summarize the relationship between the oxygen pressure and the opening of the valves by observing and recording,while adjust the opening of the valves according to that relationship,to control the oxygen pressure to the desired position finally.Secondly,analyze and study the position control program of the oxygen lance and the each factor which will affect the control of the oxygen Lance.By using the optimize scheme of double encoder,the reliability of the position detection for the oxygen is improved,and the stoppage time caused by the encoder faults is decreased.Through the using of the scheme that the transfer between the high and low speed of movement speed of the oxygen lance at the different position,the displacement time of the oxygen is reduced,and the production efficiency is improved.Through the detection of the displacement of the oxygen lance after brake locked,increase the adjustment scheme of brake delay response,improved the accuracy of the control forthe starting and stopping position of the oxygen lance.Finally,applied the improved control system to the actual smelting operation to verify and adjust it,the improved system reduces the number of no-ignition and explosion failures caused by oxygen pressure fluctuations.The fault time decreased,the maintenance cost saved,the scheme changes of smelting reduced,and the production efficiency improved.
