Coal production has great significance for our country’s people’s livelihood and industry, it can be said to be the lifeblood of our country’s economic development. And a good communication scheduling system can greatly improve the efficiency and safety of coal mining operations, which is important to the entire mine’s production.With the development of communication technology, the communication system applied to mine has been improving, especially the development and application of leakage feeder communications technology, making the whole mine mobile communication can be realized. After a long research and experiments, the development of leakage communication technology from the beginning of the theoretical basis to the current full-featured digital leakage communications technology. Digital leakage communication system is an advanced digital system in mine. To digitizing mine such a complex and ambitious project, it provides a good solution. This paper describes the basic principle of the system, the basic functions and its key component, based on the existing domestic and international technology solutions, designs the digital base station hardware and software of leakage communication system.The main work of this paper is the design and implementation of the digital base station’s hardware and software program. Hardware circuit is dual-CPU systems, mainly constituted TMS320VC5509A and MSP430F149two core chips, realizing the voice data acquisition module, signal processing and transmission, as well as a communication interface designed for data exchange with splitter combiner. Software was designed by CCS3.3and Embedded Workbench development platform. Finally, the main work was implementation of this kind of system, and debugging and testing for the system to verify the performance of the system. Eventually come out this system can work stable and transfer data reliable.
