The thesis monitored the320stations of running577in Hohhot According to the data of monitoring and prediction, it proposed effective measures about the stations, which over standard of environment focus of electromagnetic radiation and noise. The main conclusions as follows:(1) There were four stations exceeded the target of environmental management, which was8μW/cm2. The value of comprehensive intensity exceeded from0.2to0,9times.(2) There were three basal stationswhich its antenna in the residential house. they couldn’t meet the requirements of the basal station construction, should be transfered.(3) There were11stations opposited residential buildings, and the radiation level is higher. Especially the monitoring date of GreatWall District, and Yangguannuoka were closed to the standard, need be increased the height of antenna, and adjusted the direction of main lobe of antenna. the monitoring date of the rest nine stations were smaller than the power density of single construction project on the limit value8μ W/cm2to public. (4) The radiation level of the public activity area of remaining559basal stations (the building erected antenna and the surrounding floor, and environmental sensitive points) meet the standards of "The methods and standards of environmental impact evaluation on electromagnetic radiation "(HJ/T10.3-1996).(5) If the environmental sensitive points around the transmitting antenna base station, and sensitive point in emission axis transmit antenna on or near the axis, the horizontal distance between may be very high or even exceed the standard in the electromagnetic radiation level of27meters of environmental sensitive points. Therefore, the antenna main lobe base station construction in the future to avoid environmental sensitive points or increase the base height, reduce the transmission power.
