De-sulfur regenerator is an indispensable equipment in the oil refining process. Whoselong-term safe operation is an important means to improve economic efficiency ofpetrochemical industries. The condensing system of desulfurization regeneration toweraccounts for a large proportion of reifnery corrosions, overhead condensing system structure isvery conplex, operating and process conditions have great changes, and the equqDment sufefrsrfom serious corrosion Based on the regeneration tower corrosion ofrms of condensationsystem, the main corrosion ofrms of the condensing system can be determined, such asuniform corrosion caused by CO2-H2S-H2O,stress corrosion cracking, hydrogen bubble,hydrogen, etc. The main efe tors inlfuencing the corrosion are: the concentration of CO2,H2S,PH, temperature and Cl.,etc. At present, there has not yet formed a complete and reliablee>qDerimental and theoretical basis to explain the combination regeneration tower condensingsystem under the action of corrosioa Therefore, the study of corrosion mechanism ofregeneration tower condensation system has great significance.This article ifrst analyzes the corrosion of various materials at different CO2concentration, PH and temperature by the polarization curve test method, and the corrosionrates under different conditions are obtained. By comparing the size of the corrosion rate, thelaw of corrosion in different corrosion environments can be obtained. By using the qualitystandard to study the corrosion situation of the different material when the value of PH is5,the annual corrosion rate and corrosion rate curve are gained, and then the corrosion effects ofdifferent tenperature on each material is analyzed. According to the NACE standard, the slowstrain rate tensile test in H2S environment and air environment is conducted, by theconparison of the paarmeter values in two circumstances, the value of tensile strength,reduction of aera and elongation of three kinds of material in two medium arc obtained. Atferjudging the size, it is concluded that the material has obvious influence on stress corrosioncracking. Atfer rfacture, microscopic analysis was carried out by a scanning electron calledJMS6390, then the law of micro is summed up. Finally,interact test is conducted by using themain efctors afefcting the desulfurization regeneration tower condensing system corrosion Through analysis of various corrosion processes by the electrochemical noise,the potentialnoise graph is obtained. Through the analysis of the variance of noise curve data and thepotential power spectral density curve, the influence of different factors on the corrosion lawof electrochemical is summarized. When the electrochemical tests finish, the specimen shall besoaked ofr20days in accordance with the plan Through analysis of the corrosion surface,morphology characteristics by the macroscopic and microscopic electron scanning microscopeare gained.Finally, the paper summarizes the test conclusion, and puts forward the opinions of theprocess of actual production as the references to the industrial desulfurization regenerationtower in the cooling system of corrosion protection and normal operation to provide.
