With the development of grinding technology, superhard abrasive grinding wheel iswidely applied in high speed grinding, deep-cutting low feed grinding, and otheradvanced grinding technology, but dressing technology is one of the key technologiesof restricting its development and application. The project analyzes the currentexisting advantages and disadvantages of various modification methods, and putsforward a new method——squeeze grinding finishing technology.The technologyobtain the national invention patent, patent NO.:0150393.0ZL20111.This articlemainly theoretical analyzes and experimental research the squeeze mill finishingdevice and its basic dressing process.This paper first expounds the crowded finishing grinding mechanism, itscontent mainly includes mechanism of free abrasive grits precision Precision plastic,mechanism of diamond envelope shape surface extrusion and grinding superhardabrasive grinding wheel. Then analyze the function, characteristics, key technologyand main technical index of the extrusion and grinding dresser on the basis ofdressing mechanism ofextrusion and grinding, according to the principle of theextrusion and grinding dresser and its key technical indicators,using the angleorthogonal regression method calculating and analysing extrusion and grindingdressing force,which deduces the formula dressing force。Through the dressing forceformula we can obtain the influence rule of deessing speed ratio、Deessing feeddeepness to derssing process.Build on analysis and calculation of the relationship between dressing speedratio、dressing feed deepness and dressing force.Uses finite element analysis methoddesigning precision dressing spindle,and other key components of dressing devicesuch as bearings, drive system is analysed、calculated、ascertained.Then accordingto the characteristics of the finishing process,based on the analysis and caculation ofdressing force,ball screw, linear rolling guide, step motor are scientificcalculated.According to the calculation results, the key components of precision feeding device is confirmed,and develops Precision CNC sliding table whatfeeds dressing divoce in the dressing process,which achieve the purpose of dressingsuperhard abrasive grinding wheel.on the basis of the developed dressing divoce and other existing equipment,bychanging the dressing speed ratio, dressing feeding deepness, free grinding grain type,particle size,Through the experimental method research extrusion and grindingdressing technology. According to the experimental results, we can obtain therelated rule that dressing factors influnces dressing process, which provide theoretical basis for developing dressing device and improving the dressing craft.
