Precision lathe transmission system reliability problems, always a lathe design field research at home and abroad is one of focus problems.This article first summarizes the precision lathe transmission system and the development and status quo of study on reliability design, based on this, taking CA6140 lathe as the research object, further analysis and research the precision of the machine tool main drive system reliability design question.CA6140 lathe is still widely used typical lathe, can make the results of the study on the application of universal, so taking CA6140 lathe as the research object to establish its transmission system reliability analysis model of precision, the reliability sensitivity of the drive system and precision analysis and reliability optimization design of the precision of the transmission system scheme is proposed.The main drive system accuracy and reliability of the research methods and research results, for the whole lathe industry has reference and application value.The main contents are as follows:(1) Analysis of gear mechanism, and the precision of the shaft system parameters, and with reference to relevant national standards for digital characteristic parameters and the calculation method of analyzing the structure and motion law of CA6140 main drive, transmission error of gear and shaft of the transmission system to carry on the mathematical description, established the mathematical model of the main transmission system error, and the statistical error parameters of the distribution.(2) Using the theory of Monte Carlo simulations, simulate the lathe precision reliability of main drive system and its transmission error mean and at all levels for each level of the transmission error, the sensitivity of variance for later verification.(3) Using reliability theory, the perturbation method and the Edgeworth series precision drive system model, calculated the precision lathe main transmission system reliability.Combining the reliability design theory and sensitivity analysis method, get the reliability of transmission error of each level of mean and sensitivity of the transmission error variance at all levels.(4) From Edgeworth series curve contrast calculation results and the Monte Carlo simulation results, the reliability sensitivity design according to the theory of analysis of the results, it is concluded that the impact on the accuracy of the whole system the most outstanding transmission error, and the influence of other transmission effect.Through the single stage transmission precision of reliability analysis, the maximum error of the effect on accuracy of main drive system, and analyzed the impact of other error on the accuracy of the transmission system.And optimize the accuracy, according to the results of the analysis of improving precision of transmission system reliability.In this paper, the error of the reliability optimization design, improve the precision reliability of the transmission system, and put forward improvement methods, so as to further improve the reliability of the lathe main drive system.
