The southeast area of Gongchangling for sedimentary-metamorphic deposits include upper and lower iron band. At present, open mining with iron, stope bottom elevation of460m elevation, under the iron band by the underground (mining area in the Heights) apply to stay shallow hole mining rule, has been mined to152m,vertical height difference of two mining area308m. Under ultra-deep mining of iron, the result is that the underground mining of the dislocation band. Today underground mining through the mined area has been to take out of the surface, while the open-air set up in the row of rocks near collapse area and continue to row to the rock cave in areas.The upper and lower iron band mining in the Southeast is contrast to conventional way to backstopping, this new approach simplifies the recovery mode and open-air row rock cost, but can ensure safety in production? To answer this question, this dissertation studied the flowing pattern system of collapse in the waste rock area.It is concluded that the collapse pits scattered loose body is non-ideal media, its important feature is the loose and liquidity, but they also has inextricable relation with physical and mechanical parameters which determines their internal structure. There are many factors affecting the granular flow characteristics, which can fully reflect the need to seize the granular flow characteristics and the regularity of the main factors to study, drawing the necessary conclusions.For the southeast area of the mine collapse area, the risk lies in the fall hazards, which are from the waste rock and granular arch and down the knot after knot suddenly caving arch. According to actual situation of mine collapse area the waste rock boundary condition is caused by waste rock and granular flow of card may end arch blocked the main factors. Therefore, we conducted a collapse pit with waste rock boundary conditions observed determination of loose pieces of work. On this basis, the indoor end arch granular flow experiments are conducted.Experiment shows that the mine pit collapse granular, end arch flow is unlikely that the current mining methods can achieve safe production. However, in order to ensure production safety, the need to flat-bottomed, shallow hole to stay out of mine to Sublevel caving mining method to increase the disturbance frequency and reduce the gap between loose body movement. At the same time, increasing the rock strength of the open pit row to the collapse and rock-degree discharge control, it can ensure the flow of granular collapse pit continuity.
