China is the world’s second energy producing and consuming countries. Energy is not only a social problem, but also related to national security issues. The steel industry is the important foundation industry of national economy, in2005, the steel industry has16.7%that the national energy consumes a total amount.In order to complete the five-year energy reduction targets, on the basis of "Thousand enterprises energy saving action" during the11th five-year, the government decided to carry out activity of "Private enterprises energy saving low carbon action". Energy audit was carried out on the key energy consumption enterprises. This thesis is established on the basis of Benxi Steel Group energy audit The study on energy systems of Benxi Steel Group Corporation is from the following several aspects.First, through in-depth field research, having a comprehensive understanding and analysis of energy consumption and energy utilization of Benxi Steel Group Corporation in2010, including2010Benxi Steel Group Corporation production profiles, energy consumption structure, energy utilization, overall analysis of energy use during "the12th Five-Year Plan" period and so on. On this basis, calculates energy-consumption index and output value of energy consumption indicators, analyse the development tendency of energy-consumption index, economic index and main production process energy consumption of Benxi Steel Group Corporation during the11th five-year plan, analysing the increasing production and reducing consumption of energy and raw materials of Benxi Steel Group Corporation during the11th five-year plan to set a clear direction for energy conservation of Benxi Steel Group Corporation and lay a foundation for energy conservation during the12th five-year plan.Second, focusing on macro system, with an emphasis on consumption reduction, this thesis analyses the logistics of the influence of the energy consumption of per ton steel. Through analysis of energy consumption of per ton steel, this thesis graphs benchmark logistics figure and the actual logistics figure of Benxi Steel Group Corporation, based on the research of benchmark iron-flow diagram method put forward the influence of logistics changes on resources efficiency and the influence of resources efficiency on energy consumption. By comparison and calculation, analyzing influence and the cause of infulence that each link affects material consumption and energy consumption level.Again, this thesis carries out technical research by combining the reality of Benxi Steel Group Corporation, insisting on the development and focusing on saving energy and reducing consumption. This papper carries on the energy saving potential analysis from three aspects, which is contrastive analysis of comprehensive energy consumption of per ton steel of Benxi Steel Group Corporation in2010compared with the domestic advanced level, contrastive analysis of main process energy consumption compared with the domestic advanced level and the thermal equilibrium analysis and thermal effciency computation of the main energy-consuming equipment. Then, finding the specific factors that affect the energy consumption in each process, clearing direction of energy saving and put forward corresponding strategies of energy conservation to promote energy saving work during "the12th five-year plan".Finally, on the basis of the full analysis, combining the actual requirement and overall development of Benxi Steel Group Corporation, the Twelfth five-year energy plan for Benxi Steel Group Corporation is worked out. Seting up the system energy saving ideas and focusing on the domestic advanced level, setting energy-saving planning objective is guided by the iron and steel industry12th five-year development plan. Based on technical improvement projects which are aim at solving problems of energy use of Benxi Steel Group Corporation, energy-saving planning objective is divided into individual process stages and planning stage. Energy saving projects include construction of energy recycling projects and technical tackle of reducing the process energy consumption, strive to reach the target of comprehensive energy consumption of per ton steel down to580kgce/t at the end of "the12th five-year".
